Appellation: Cafayate, Salta. Vineyards are 40 years old. 3 ha/8 ac located at 1800 masl / 5900 feet. Yield: 15 tn/ha (6.0 tn/ac).

Soil: It is deep and sandy.

Harvest: Grapes were harvested at the end of March in 20-kg bins

Alcoholic Fermentation: With the addition of indigenous yeasts during 15 days at 12º - 15ºC / 54º - 59ºF.

Production: 40,000 bottles

Winemaker: Mario Malatto.

Tasting Notes: Delicate white flowers notes and light aromas of white peach, mint and spices. In the mouth, it is fresh and vibrant with spiced and floral aftertaste.

Filus Malbec

In the nose, black fruit, licorice and violet aromas stand out. In the mouth, it is a mild and ripe wine with sweet tannins and medium body. It displays an elegant finish with light mint notes.

In the nose, black fruits stand out with a hint of pepper and subtle eucalyptus notes. In the mouth, it is an intense and medium-bodied wine with noticeable and ripe tannins. It displays a medium-length finish.
